The Situation The Grizzlies at 5-3, enter the week winners of four of their last five games after taking two of three from previously unbeaten Idaho this past week.

Playing A Hot Hand The Grizzlies begin a stretch of seven-straight games against Las Vegas (5-5) starting Tuesday at the Orleans Arena. So far this year, Utah is 2-0 against the Wranglers, outscoring them 14-5 and going six for 13 (46.1-percent) on the power-play.

On The Road The Grizzlies enter the week as the only undefeated road team in the ECHL. Utah has gone 4-0 away from home this season with two wins in Las Vegas, one in Bakersfield and one in Idaho. Utah has scored a goal in every road period this year.

Six Away From The Record Following another strong week, with four goals and two assists in three games, Utah captain Ryan Kinasewich enters the week five points away from tying Chris Taylor atop the all-time scoring lead in the 15-year history of the Grizzlies organization. Kinasewich now has 121 goals and 152 assists for 273 points in 187 games with Utah after tallying 13 goals and 7 assists in the Grizzlies first eight games.

09-10 Kinasewich Kinasewich has seven multiple-point games this year for Utah and leads the ECHL in points, goals, shots (56) and game-winning goals (4) on the season.

The Odds Are High Utah forward Dylan Hunter leads the ECHL in shooting percentage. Six of his 14 shots on goal this year have found the back of the net for a shooting percentage of 42.9.

Scoring Streaks Entering The Week Ryan Kinasewich has eight goals and six assists in his last five games, Dustin Friesen has six assists in his last four contests and Dylan Hunter has three goals and two assists in his last three games after having a four-game scoring streak snapped October 30 in Bakersfield.

The Guest List Islanders Pro Scout Toby O'Brien will be in Las Vegas this week for the Grizzlies games.
