
Grizzlies fall to Kings in wild night at GMC Stadium

The Grizzlies dropped the second of a three-game series to the Kalamazoo Kings Sunday evening at GMC Stadium. The Grizzlies drop to 1-4. Kalmazoo improves to 4-1.
Kalamazoo got a pair of runs in the first, four in the third and five in the sixth.
The Grizzlies trailed 11-3 before scoring four in the eigth inning. Jimmy Reiter led the way going 3-5 with four RBIs on the night.
Ted Rowe started and took the loss for the Grizzlies. Rowe last just two and 2/3 innings. He gave up six runs on nine hits. He walked two.
Three Grizzlies were ejected during the game, including Danny Cox for a confrontation with the umpires.
The Grizzlies and Kings conclude the series with a 7:05 game Monday night at GMC Stadium.
