
Grizzlies drop Game Two to Otters

EVANSVILLE-The Gateway Grizzlies managed just five hits Saturday night as they dropped game two of a three-game series 2-1 to the Evansville Otters. The loss came in front of 5,176 fans at Bosse Field.
The Grizzlies (28-25) trailed 1-0 in the third when Alex Kerins drilled his first professional home run with two outs in the inning. Kerins finished 1-3.
Evansville (26-27) managed an unearned run in the fifth inning to seal the 2-1 victory.
The Grizzlies stranded five runners Saturday night including four in scoring position.
Adam Revelette (2-3) suffered the loss for the Grizzlies. Revelette tossed six innings allowing two runs, one earned, on just five hits. He walked two and struck out three.
The Grizzlies and Otters conclude the series with a 6:05 p.m. game Sunday night at Bosse Field.
