Grand Rapids Griffins News Release
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Grand Rapids Griffins will participate in a drive thru fundraiser at 12 Wendy's locations in West Michigan on Tuesday to help raise money for the Change A Child's Life campaign and the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
Players will be working the drive-thru windows from 6-7 p.m. and asking restaurant patrons if they would like to add 50 cents to their bill. A number of Griffins' Better Halves (players' wives or girlfriends) will also be participating.
