
Greene Tosses Six No-Hit Innings in Fisher Cats Win

Trenton-21-year old Conner Greene tossed six no-hit innings and earned the win as the Fisher Cats opened a weekend series in Trenton with a 5-4 win on Friday night at ARM & HAMMER Park.
Greene walked two and struck out six, leaving after six innings having thrown 90 pitches. Brady Dragmire allowed a lead-off single in the bottom of the ninth to Trenton's Dustin Fowler for the first Thunder hit. After loading the bases, Trenton's Billy McKinney hit a grand slam and Chris Smith came on to get the final two outs for his 11th save.
The Fisher Cats (55-62) scored the game's first run in the top of the fourth inning. Rowdy Tellez doubled into the left field corner and scored on a single by Dwight Smith Jr.
New Hampshire sent nine men to the plate in the top of the seventh to build the lead to 5-0. In the frame, Jason Leblebijian had a sacrifice fly, Roemon Fields tripled in a run, Christian Lopes had an RBI single and Richard Urena doubled in a run.
Lopes finished 3-for-5 and extended his hit streak to 11-games. Richard Urena and Dwight Smith Jr. had two hits each.
Trenton (75-44) starter Daniel Camarena (8-4) took the loss. He allowed one run on seven hits in his six innings of work. He walked one and struck out five.
The series continues on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. RHP Jeremy Gabryszwski (7-8, 4.44) starts for the Fisher Cats against Trenton RHP Ronald Herrera (8-7, 3.89).
