AMARILLO, TX - Christopher Robertson, Mike Falk and Lance Herauf make up the top scoring line for the New Mexico Scorpions for a reason. The Amarillo Gorillas found that out first-hand Friday evening as New Mexico's top line scorched the Gorillas for 9 points as the Scorpions dropped the Gorillas 7-3 in front of 3600 fans at the Cal Farley Coliseum. Robertson and Falk tallied 2 goals and an assist each, while Herauf chipped in 3 assists giving the Scorpions their 16th win of the season. The win brought New Mexico into a tie for 2nd place in the Southwest Division as they're knotted with the Gorillas with 35 standings points.

The Gorillas are back in action tomorrow night as they wrap up their season series against the Tulsa Oilers. The opening face off comes at 7:05 and tickets are available now by calling the Gorillas office at 242-PUCK (7825).
