Golden Jet - Bobby Hull - to Appear at Rivermen Game Friday

Peoria, Ill. (February 18, 2004) – General Manager Bart Rogers of the Peoria Rivermen of the ECHL announced today that former Chicago Blackhawk Great Bobby Hull, "The Golden Jet," will appear at the Rivermen game this Friday, February 20, when the team hosts the archrival Dayton Bombers at 7:00 p.m. at Carver Arena.

Hull – who has 610 NHL goals with Chicago, Winnipeg and Harford, ranking him 12th on the NHL All-Time Goal Scoring List – will sign autographs from 7:30-9:00 p.m. on the main concourse outside Section 6. Autographs may be obtained on memorabilia purchased from Bobby Hull on Friday at the following rates – $10-hockey card with autograph, $20-black/white 8x10 photo with autograph & $30-color 8x10 photo with autograph. Fans may bring their own memorabilia for Mr. Hull to sign and he will determine the price of an autograph on the specified item.

It is also a Coca-Cola Finally Friday. Fans receive a 2-for-1 Upper Bowl admission when they present a Cherry Coke or Vanilla Coke can at the Carver Arena Box Office. Miss Hooters International "Erica Burgess" will also make an appearance during the game.

The conclusion of the Single Male Contest will take place with Rivermen defenseman Scott Crawford picking the winner from two female finalists. The winning female will then have an opportunity to choose between a date with Scott or a prize package.

The Peoria Rivermen are a member of the ECHL – America's Premier "AA" Hockey League.
