WINNIPEG, MB - Organizers of the 94th Annual Grey Cup, to be played Nov. 19 in Winnipeg, announced today the final details of the Go South Pre-Game Party, including feature performances by Jet Set Satellite and Two For The Show.

Jet Set Satellite is an explosive alternative rock band from Winnipeg that hit it big in 2000. Their debut album Blueprint generated four hits including Best Way To Die and Baby, Cool your Jets and led to the rise in the bands popularity and fan base. Numerous songs and music videos were used in well-known television shows such as E.R., Dead Like Me, Tru Calling, Roswell and Judging Amy. They released Vegas, their most recent album in fall 2005 and have toured Canada, igniting fans with their wild, up-beat style.

Two For The Show is a comedy/musical duo that has been performing together since 1981 and has loads of experience in sports entertainment. The group members, Rob Tyler and Allan MacKay, amuse audiences with jokes, music, and various areas of entertainment .They are the official house band for the NLL's Toronto Rock and were involved with the Ottawa Renegades and the 2004 Grey Cup.

The biggest and best pre-game party in the country also features lucky seat draws throughout the afternoon, including a chance to win two tickets to the Power 97 suite at the MTS Centre for the Guns & Roses concert, a pair of 2007 Blue Bomber season tickets, a rockin' Coors Light leather recliner, two framed 75th Anniversary Blue Bomber pin sets and much, much more.

Hawaiian leis will be given out at the entrances, picnic tables will be set up and patio heaters will be placed between tables to enhance the tropical theme. The exclusive Go South Party area will also include concessions and Grey Cup merchandise available for purchase. The entire day will be filled with fantastic entertainment and will be hosted by Power 97 morning show co-host Dave Wheeler.

"Jet Set Satellite, and Two for the Show are excellent additions to the star line-up performing at the Grey Cup," stated Kevin Walters, Managing Director for Grey Cup Festivals. "This is the perfect way for football fans and party goers alike to warm up for the big game."

Fans who purchase a seat in the south end zone for the Grey Cup game will be able to gain free access to the party, which is being hosted by Coors Light, the Winnipeg Free Press, Power 97 FM and the National Post.

The seats in the south end zone provide a great view of the field and the Jumbotron so football fans will not miss any of the action during the game.

The pre-game party will be in addition to an already stellar Grey Cup line-up. Canadian recording sensation Nelly Furtado will perform live at the 2006 Rogers Grey Cup Halftime Show, while 2006 Canadian Idol winner Eva Avila will sing our national anthem.

The Go South Pre-Game Party will get underway at 3 p.m. on Maroons Road, outside of the south end of Canad Inns Stadium, with kickoff for the game at 5 p.m.

More than 41,050 tickets have already been sold for this year's Grey Cup championship. Fans are encouraged to get their ticket now before someone else does.
