
Gil Placed on Disabled List

Harrisburg Senators News Release
The Harrisburg Senators announced today relief pitcher David Gil has been placed on the Disabled List with a lower back strain.
Taking the open roster spot will be recently signed right-hander John Ogiltree. Ogiltree was signed by the Washington Nationals after he was released by the Toronto Blue Jays organization.
Ogiltree comes to Harrisburg from New Hampshire where he appeared in just two games with the Fisher Cats this season. (2 innings, 0 runs) John spent most of this season on the D.L. with a leg contusion.
Ogiltree was signed by Toronto as a non-drafted free agent, May 12, 2001. He appeared in 165 games for the Toronto organization. The submariner was also part of the Canadian Olympic team in the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.
Ogiltree will wear #17.
