
Gattis Named SAL Player of the Week

Rome Braves catcher Evan Gattis has been named the South Atlantic League Player of the week for August 8 - 14. Gattis had another outstanding week hitting .571 in six games (12 for 21) with four doubles, two home runs, and four RBI. This is the second time he has earned Player of the Week status having done so for the week of July 18th.
