Head-To-Head - Neither team has won back to back games in the season series. Tulsa had the most lopsided victory, winning by a score of 6-1 on November 21st. The Americans were 12-4-0-1 against the Oilers last season.

Old Friends on Top - Chad Costello leads the ECHL with 38 points (11 goals and 27 assists). Costello has an eight point cushion over former teammate Jack Combs, who is in second place with 30 points in 25 games.

He shoots he scores - Eric Roy scored the game winner in a shootout on Saturday night, as the Americans defeated Idaho 3-2. Roy is second on the Americans in scoring with 19 points.

On the Shelf - Vincent Arseneau left Saturday night's game against Idaho with a hand injury after a fight with Idaho's Andrew Carroll. He is expected to miss the next couple of months.

Welcome Back - David Makowski was back in the Americans lineup on Saturday night, after missing the last 23 games due to injury.

Two Points Away - Jonathan Parker picked up an assist in Saturday night's win over Idaho, putting him just two points away from 100 for his professional career.

Tulsa Oilers Notes - The Oilers are 6-3-1-0 in their last ten games, including a home win over the top team in the league, the Missouri Mavericks. Tulsa is 4-5-2-1 in one goal games this season.

Around The ECHL - The Missouri Mavericks remain red hot, going 9-1-0 in their last ten games. Missouri has given up the fewest goals in the league this season with 46 in 26 games.
