The set-up

The Belleville Senators continues its chase for fifth in the North Division tonight as they visit Allentown for the first time to face the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.

Belleville (26-38-2-3) sits in a three-way tie for fifth with Laval and Binghamton as the Sens have seven games left in its inaugural season.

Lehigh Valley (43-17-4-5) sit atop the Atlantic Division and boast the second best record in the league behind only the Toronto Marlies.

Roster notes

No overnight updates for the Senators after Syracuse but it is expected that Marcus Hogberg will start in goal tonight after Filip Gustavsson got the nod Friday.

Kyle Flanagan, Mike Blunden, Nick Paul, Tyler Randell, Andreas Englund and Francis Perron did not make the trip for Belleville.

Previous history

The sides have met only once before with the Senators cruising to a 6-2 win on Nov. 15 at the Yardmen Arena.

Who to watch

Sens forward Ethan Werek has put up four points (one goal) over his past four contests as he rounds into form over the final few games of the season. The 26-year-old has 10 goals and 24 points this season.

Phantoms forward Greg Carey has a team-high 29 goals this season and sits second in points with 50 trailing only former Senators Phil Varone. Carey's 29 goals are tied for third most in the league.
