Friday's Game Postponed, Iadisernia Wins Impromptu Home Run Derby

Madison Mallards News Release
Friday night's game between the Madison Mallards (10-14) and the Green Bay Booyah (9-16) at the Duck Pond was postponed due to unplayable conditions.
The game has been rescheduled for August 9th at 4 p.m., and it will be a part of a 7-inning doubleheader in Madison. The two teams will also match up the following day on August 10th at 6:35 p.m.
Tickets from tonight's game will be redeemable for a bleacher seat for any 2021 regular season home game based on availability. Please contact the Mallards ticket office at 608-246-4277.
In lieu of a home game, once the skies cleared, the Mallards made it rain baseballs with an impromptu Home Run Derby starting eight Mallards batters. After three rounds, Alex Iadisernia (Elon) was crowned the champion with 15 total homers on the night.
