WINSTON-SALEM, NC (APRIL 22, 2010) - The Winston-Salem Dash announced today that Friday night's game against the Wilmington Blue Rocks has sold out. A limited number of tickets remain available for the games on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon.

The sellout is the second in the short history of BB&T Ballpark. The Dash sold out on Opening Night, when 7,111 fans packed into the new stadium. As of Thursday afternoon, the Dash led the Carolina League in both total attendance (27,684) and average attendance (4,614).

The Dash begins its second home stand at BB&T Ballpark on Friday night. After a three-game series with Wilmington, the team will have an off-day on Monday before starting a three-game home set with the Frederick Keys on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Fans may purchase tickets for every other home game this season online at wsdash.com or by calling the Dash at (336) 714-2287. Single-game tickets range in price from $7-$13 for all games.

While the season has started, Dash season ticket packages are still available for purchase. The Dash is offering a variety of plans, including the Seven-Game Season Ticket package. For just $63, fans get tickets to seven of the best games this season (including four fireworks nights), a free limited-edition Winston-Salem Dash hat, and a $10 Team Store gift certificate with every plan purchased. The Dash is also offering 18, 35, & 70-game season ticket packages for the 2010 season.
