About Yesterday Afternoon...The Grizzlies won their sixth straight game over the Sky Sox with a 15-2 victory. RHP Matt Kinney (2-3) won his second game of the season and second against CSP allowing 2 R on 6 H in 6.2 IP. SS Angel Chavez had a Grizzlies season-high 6 RBI which included his first grand slam of the year.

Boosting The Team Slugging PCT...The Grizzlies had five hits in Saturday night's ballgame and all five of the hits were extra-base hits with two home runs and three doubles. Yesterday, they had 12 extra-base hits out of 17 total hits, setting their new season-high for extra-base hits in a game passing the previous high total of 10

Roster Moves...OF Adam Shabala has been optioned by SF to Fresno after the Giants' grabbed OF Alex Sanchez off of waivers. Shabala was hitting .273 (2-9) with 4 RBI in 3 G since having his contract purchased by SF on 6/14. Shabala wasted no time readjusting to triple-A going 3-5 with a home run and four RBI in his first start

Half Way Home...With the completion of today's game, the Grizzlies are half way through their season-high 12- game road trip. They will return home on July 4 to take on the Las Vegas 51s The Grizzlies are 3-3 on their current road trip and 18-19 on the road this season.

Just What The Offensive Doctor Ordered...Fresno has destroyed Colorado Springs pitchers in their six games this season. They have posted at least 17 H in 3 of the 6 games, are batting .339 as a team and have posted 58 Tonight's Starting Pitcher...LHP Patrick Misch (2-6) will make his team-high 16th start of the season today for Fresno. Misch lost his last outing in Portland despite only allowing 3 R on 6 H in 6 IP.
