Florence, Kentucky: The Florence bats were silenced once again Monday Night against Chillicothe, with a Trevor Hall RBI single serving as the only run of the game for the Freedom in the 7-1 loss. Justin Roelle (0-1) was called on to start, a normal reliever, Roelle showed good stamina working five innings, and only giving up two earned runs.

There are good signs for the Freedom lineup; Greg Stone is back to fill the leadoff role desperately needed by the Freedom. Trevor Hall has seemed to have found his stroke, and Kyle Geswein is back from personal matters.

The Freedom now head out to play nine games in 11 days, all on the road. It's the longest road trip of the season for Florence; their first stop begins tonight when they pay visit to the Gateway Grizzlies. Joey Watts (1-0) will get the call for Florence, first pitch is scheduled for 8:05 EST. You can catch all the action with Roger Redmon, check out www.florencefreedom.com for more details about the webcasts.
