For the first time all season, the Rockford IceHogs went a whole week of play in the United Hockey League without earning a win. The Hogs look to get back on track during Week 24 with four road games. During Week 23, however, the IceHogs welcomed over 10,000 to the Rockford MetroCentre for the second week in a row and averaged 5,074 fans per game for the month of March.

Transactions
-Winger Kris Koski was signed on Sunday, March 25.
-Winger Bruce Watson was activated from League Suspension on Sunday, March 26.

-Winger Jason Ralph was moved from the 7-Day to the 10-Day Injured Reserve on Monday, March 20.
Bacon Bits:
Rockford has drawn over 6,000 fans during three of its last five home games at the Rockford MetroCentre.
For the month of March, Rockford set a club record by averaging 5,074 fans. It is the first time in club history in which the Hogs averaged over 5,000 fans per game in a month.
Winger Bruce Watson set a club record on Friday against Danbury, accumulating 47 penalty minutes.
The IceHogs have lost three straight games and went winless for an entire week for the first time all season.
The four game winless streak (0-3-1) is also a season low.
The IceHogs have outshot its opposition in 16 out of its last 18 contests.
Beginning Sunday, Rockford is on a five-game road swing that runs through next Sunday. The Hogs will only have one more regular season road game remaining after this stretch.
Winger Chaz Johnson scored his first career American Hockey League goal on Friday in the Milwaukee Admirals 4-1 win over the Manitoba Moose.
Rockford had a season-high six players in the AHL last week.
Joining Johnson in the "A" include defensemen Nathan Lutz and Corey Hessler and forward Greg Barber with Milwaukee, and winger Billy Tibbetts and defenseman Bob Nardella with the Chicago Wolves.
Hot Hog Week 23:
Winger Bruce Watson is IceHogs nomination for Player of the Week for Week 23. Watson has been a consistent contributor offensively and physically this season. During Week 23, Watson had a pair of assists and 49 penalty minutes.
Upcoming Games:
Wedensday, March 29 at Fort Wayne Komets. The puck drops at 6:30 p.m. Rockford continues its five-game road swing when they head to Fort Wayne for a final regualr season face-off with the Komets. Rockford looks to avenge last Saturday's loss to the K's in Rockford.
Friday, March 31 at Port Huron Flags. Game time is 6:30 p.m. Rockford travels to Port Huron to battle the Flags for one final time. Rockford is 3-1-1 against the expansion club this season, including 1-0-1 at the McMorran Place Arena.
Saturday, April 1 at Muskegon Fury. The puck drops at 6:40 p.m. The IceHogs begin a crucial stretch of games against the Fury at the L.C. Walker Arena. Rockford will play Muskegon twice in Muskegon and twice in Rockford.
Sunday, April 2 at Missouri River Otters. The game begins at 1 p.m. Rockford wraps up its five-game road swing with one final game at the Family Arena against the River Otters. The game is the last in the 12-game season series.
