
Four Academy Players to Represent Canada

MONTREAL - Four Montreal Impact Academy players have been selected Tuesday by the Canadian Soccer Association to take part in its upcoming national youth projects.
Midfielders Jeremy Gagnon-Lapare (Impact U21), Yacine Ait-Slimane (Impact U18) and Haris Radoncic (Impact U18) will join the Canadian Men's U18 team for an eight-day camp in California, from November 17 to 24. The team will play two international friendly matches against the United States on November 21 and 23.
Defender Aron Mkungilwa (Impact U16) will participate in a 10-day camp with Canada's U17 team from November 15 to 26. Camp will start in Southern US with an international friendly match against the host on November 18. The Canadian team will then head to Panama to play two other international friendlies, against the Panamanian selection, on November 23 and 25.
The Canadian U17 squad is preparing for next year's CONCACAF Men's Under-17 Championship which runs from April 6 to 19, in Panama City, Panama. Four CONCACAF teams will qualify for the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2013, in the United Arab Emirates.
