Flying Squirrels and Curve Suspended on Tuesday

ALTOONA, Pa. - Tuesday night's game between the Richmond Flying Squirrels and the Altoona Curve has been suspended in the bottom of the second inning due to rain and field conditions. The game will resume on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.

The game will resume in the bottom of the second inning with the game tied, 0-0. Alfred Gutierrez was on the mound for Richmond and Altoona shortstop Oneil Cruz was at the plate with an 0-1 count and nobody out.

Pedro Vasquez allowed one hit across two scoreless innings for the Curve.

Following the completion of the nine-inning game on Wednesday, Richmond and Altoona will play a seven-inning contest.

Coverage begins with the Flying Squirrels Pregame Warmup at 4 p.m. on Sports Radio 910 the Fan and 105.1 FM.
