Florida Panthers Recall Scott Timmins

SUNRISE, Fla. - Florida Panthers Executive VP/General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that the club has recalled C Scott Timmins from the San Antonio Rampage (AHL).

Timmins, 23, has played in 19 National Hockey League games, all with Florida (2010-2011), scoring one goal with eight PIM. This season, he has played in 47 games with the Rampage recording 16 points (9-7-16) and 40 PIM.

The Hamilton, Ontario native, was drafted by Florida in the sixth round (165th overall) in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
