Flames Hit Christmas Stride with McDonald\'s Teddy Bear Toss Friday

Saint John, NB – The Saint John Flames skate into the holiday season at Harbour Station this Friday when they host Jason Spezza and the Binghamton Senators on McDonald's Teddy Bear Toss Night.

All fans attending Friday's match-up are encouraged to bring a new or used stuffed animal to the game. When the Flames score their first goal of the night, fans are asked to throw their stuffed animal(s) on the ice. All the stuffed toys will be collected by the D.A.R.E. Kids and distributed by the United Way of Greater Saint John to children in the Saint John area in time for Christmas. Game time is 7:30 p.m.

Tickets for Friday's game and Saturday's 7:00 p.m. contest versus Binghamton and all remaining Flames December and January home games are currently available at the Harbour Station Box Office, the Imperial Theatre Box Office, selected Irving locations (Main Street West, Champlain Heights, Millidgeville, Marr Road, Hampton and Grand Bay), and Charge-by-Phone at 657-1234 or 1-800-267-2800.

The 2002-03 season marks the Saint John Flames' tenth as a member of the AHL and as the primary development organization of the National Hockey League's Calgary Flames.
