VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. â The Norfolk Admirals announced today that the club has reassigned defenseman Scott Balan to the Roanoke Express, their East Coast Hockey League affiliate. Balan has skated in eight games for the Admirals this season, going scoreless while registering 19 penalty minutes. In seven contests for the Express, he has posted two assists (two points) and 10 PIM.
