
Fish Put Phillips on Waivers

WINNIPEG - Winnipeg Goldeyes manager Rick Forney announced today that left-handed pitcher Barrett Phillips has been placed on irrevocable waivers.
Phillips, 21, had no record and a 3.52 ERA in 11 games for the Goldeyes this season.
Winnipeg now has 20 players on its active roster, evenly split between pitchers and position players.
