Jersey Shore BlueClaws News Release
LAKEWOOD, NJ - The BlueClaws first Nine Innings of Networking event of 2010, presented by The Maids, sold out on Tuesday night as the team kicked off the popular program's second season.
There will be two more networking picnics on July 20th and August 30th.
Nine Innings of Networking, a meet-and-greet style event for area business leaders held with the background of a BlueClaws picnic outing, was a concept created and pioneered by the BlueClaws last year. The popular concept was and continues to be utilized by other minor league teams.
Tuesday's event, which sold out, was the first of three this year, and due to the popularity of the concept and program, interested parties are encouraged to reserve space early.
"The BlueClaws have created a great opportunity for local businesses to get together and do business while enjoying the relaxing atmosphere of a BlueClaws baseball game," said Darcie King of EVideo Productions. "We have made many great contacts at these events and can't wait for the next one."
"We teach people how to network face to face as well as social media networking. I think the Nine Innings of Networking is the best of both worlds; it's social networking face to face," said Cliff Moore of The Brand of ME. "The atmosphere makes it relaxing and a more social way to connect with people."
Each networking night features a 90-minute all-you-can-eat buffet in the centerfield picnic area and admission is just $24.95.
Interested parties can contact Josh Feinberg at 732-901-7000 ext 174 or at jfeinberg@blueclaws.com about reserving space for the last two Nine Innings of Networking events.
The Lakewood BlueClaws are in their 10th season of providing family fun and entertainment at the Jersey Shore. They have led the South Atlantic League in attendance in each of their first nine years of existence.
Tickets are available for all remaining home games by calling 732-901-7000 or online at BlueClaws.com.
