Fireworks Rule for Shrimp over Lookouts
July 3, 2019 - Southern League (SL1)
Chattanooga Lookouts News Release
The Lokouts fell subject to a first inning display of "rockets red glare" when the Shrimp sent nine to the plate and held a 5-0 nothing lead. It didn't end there as the Lookouts dropped an 11-3 game before 11,429 on hand for the post game fireworks as well. Lookouts offense only runs came in the fourth inning with Mitch Nay, Gaven LaValley and Ibaendel Isabel driving the only runs. Stone Garrett had a career high six runs batted in and Gabriel Guerrero added three hits missing the cycle by a home run not hit. The Lookouts face the Jackson Generals for the 4th of July as LHP-Scott Moss (5-3,3.51) takes the mound against a TBA opponent. Gates open at 5:00 for the 6:15 game. Hear the game on 98.1 The Lake at 6:00 EDT and at MiLB.com.
