FRESNO, Calif. — The Fresno Falcons hope to finish the 2002-03 regular season on a high note as they welcome the Anchorage Aces and the "evil" San Diego Gulls to Selland Arena for the final weekend games of the regular season. The Falcons will keep busy for the remainder of the weekend by attending a couple of community events as well.

Friday night's 7:30pm match-up with the Aces will feature the team's second annual Beanie Freddie giveaway to the first 1,000 fans, sponsored by Sierra Tel Internet. First intermission will feature a mini-game by the Fresno Junior Falcons, and two players will be available for autographs after the game at the CentralValley.com Autograph Booth.

The "evil" Gulls will close out their season series with the Falcons on Saturday night at 7:30pm, and the first 500 fans in the arena will receive a free pennant courtesy of Don't Trash Fresno, part of the Cal Trans storm water program. Representatives from SBC Yellow Pages will be on hand to honor the Falcons for being on the cover of the current issue of the phone book.

On Sunday, join selected members of the Falcons at the Big Brothers Big Sisters "Bowl For Kids Sake" taking place simultaneously on Sunday at 1pm in Fresno at AMF Sierra Lanes and in Hanford at Kings County Bowl. Monday night is the final "Skate with the Falcons" from 6-8pm at Gateway Ice Center. Admission is free, and skate rental is free for season ticket holders and $2 for non-season ticket holders.

Individual tickets are still available for all remaining home games through all Ticketmaster outlets or at www.ticketmaster.com, as well as in person at the Selland Arena Box Office. For more information, please call the Falcons office at 485-PUCK!
