LAST WEEK: Fresno went 1-1-0 last week splitting a home loss and road win against Idaho and Stockton. Fresno is 12-5-1 for 25 points and has held first place in the Pacific Division the entire season.
Friday November 28 vs Idaho FALCONS 2 Steelheads 3
Falcons Kyle Hagel opened the scoring at 14:52 of the first period and Falcons Spencer Carbery quickly added the Falcons second goal at 15:10 putting the Falcons ahead 2-0. Idaho answered with one goal in the first period and two goals in the second period to put Idaho on top. Fresno was unable to even the score and recorded their first loss since November 16, 2008.
Saturday November 29 @ Stockton FALCONS 4 Thunder 2
The Falcons fell behind 2-0 by the end of the first period. Jarrett Konkle cut the Thunder lead in half scoring the Falcons first goal at 1:55 of the second period on a power play. The Falcons and the Thunder remained at a 2-1 score until 4:14 of the third period when Jarrett Konkle scored his second power play goal of the night to tie the game. The teams remained tied until Kyle Hagel put the Falcons ahead at 13:42 of the third period. Hagel scored his second goal of the night at 20:00 of the third for the final tally. Fresno is undefeated against Stockton this season.
