Falcons sign Guillaume Lefebvre to PTO contract

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today that they have signed left wing Guillaume Lefebvre to a Professional Tryout Agreement.

Lefebvre is entering his eighth professional season and he is a veteran of 290 AHL games collecting 50 goals and 55 assists for 105 points and 491 penalty minutes splitting time between the Philadelphia Phantoms and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. The 6-foot-1, 195-pound native of Amos, Quebec has also played in 38 career National Hockey League contests totaling two goals and four assists and 13 penalty minutes seeing time with both the Philadelphia Flyers and Pittsburgh Penguins during his career.

The Springfield Falcons open their regular season schedule on Saturday, October 11 at Hartford as they battle the Wolf Pack. The Falcons play a pair of road games at Providence on Sunday, October 12 and Friday, October 17 before playing their home opener on Saturday, October 18 when they host the Portland Pirates.
