
Falcons Announce Front Office Staff Additions

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today that Stephen Hanjack has been promoted to Marketing and Game Operations/Sales and Marija Ward has taken over as Manager of Ticket Operations and Customer Service/Sales. The Falcons also announced that they have hired Jeff LaBonte as an Account Executive and Alicia Janeczko has been named Community Relations and Events Coordinator/Sales.
Hanjack spent the 2009-10 season as an Account Executive with the Falcons maintaining relationships in the areas of corporate, season ticket and group ticket sales. He also organized the very first "Springfield Falcons Career Fair" at the MassMutual Center. Before joining the Falcons, Hanjack worked with the University of Massachusetts Athletic Department from 2007-2009.
Ward joined the Falcons midway through the 2009-10 campaign and assisted with all administrative duties, as well as helping with a variety of group sales programs including birthday parties and corporate group outings. In her new role, she will be responsible for all aspects of ticket operations while acting as the team's liaison with the MassMutual Center Box Office.
LaBonte joins the Falcons after spending time with the NBA's Miami Heat over the last year as an Inside Sales Representative. With the Heat, LaBonte was responsible for enhancing personal and business relationships with potential customers through custom designed sales programs. Prior to arriving in Miami, LaBonte served as a marketing intern for the NHL's New York Rangers where he assisted with a variety of game-day promotions and community outreach programs.
Janeczko joins the Falcons after working with ClearChannel Communications from 2008-2010 serving as a Street Team/Promotions Assistant. While at ClearChannel, she helped facilitate on-site promotions and created weekly schedules for upcoming promotions. Janeczko also served as a Speedway Assistant at Stafford Motor Speedway assisting with autograph sessions and various kid's club events.
