
Explorers and Canaries postponed

SIOUX CITY - Due to a power failure prior to the start of Tuesday night's game between the Sioux City Explorers and the Sioux Falls Canaries, the game was postponed to Wednesday night.
Play began approximately one half hour after scheduled and progressed through four innings, before being suspended due to darkness. When play was suspended, Sioux City was leading 2-0. The game will resume at 5:35 Wednesday night in the top of the fifth inning, and will be finished through nine innings.
Wednesday night's regularly scheduled game will be played after the conclusion of the first game, and will be seven innings. Tickets that were valid for Tuesday night's game will be redeemed at the Explorers ticket office for the remainder of Tuesday night's game and for the scheduled game.
