Tonight, the SeaWolves continue a seven-game homestand as they take on the Trenton Thunder (New York Yankees) in the middle game of a three-game series at Jerry Uht Park. Last night, the SeaWolves dropped their fourth straight series opener as Trenton took down the club 6-3. Erie has lost back-to-back games for the second time this season and needs a win tonight to avoid dropped three straight for the first time in 2012...Lefty Jay Voss takes the mound for the SeaWolves tonight making his third start and first against the Thunder. Voss has started the season with back-to-back losses. Voss took his second straight loss in his last start on April 12 against Bowie. In the game, he allowed three runs, one earned, on eight hits with a walk and five strikeouts in 4.2 innings. Erie lost the game 6-1...Trenton sends righty Brett Marshall to the mound making his third start. Marshall won his first start against New Hampshire and took a loss in his last start against Akron. In the game, Marshall allowed five runs on nine hits with two walks and four strikeouts in four innings...The SeaWolves have one more game on the current homestand before heading out for an eight-day, seven game road trip with four games in Bowie and three in Trenton with a scheduled off day on Monday.
