----- Tonight, the SeaWolves are looking for three straight wins for the first time this season as they return home to begin a seven-game homestand and three-game series against the Binghamton Mets (New York Mets) at Jerry Uht Park. Erie is coming off of a series win in Trenton where the club outscored the Thunder 19-6 over the last two days. Erie has won back-to-back series and finished the road trip winning four of six games...Erie sends lefty Kelvin De La Cruz to the mound making his second start and fifth appearance of the season. De La Cruz earned his first win in his last start on April 20 at Bowie. In the game, he tossed six scoreless innings, allowing two hits with two walks and four strikeouts. Erie won the game 5-1. He faced the Mets in relief on April 9, tossing three innings, allowing a run on two hits...Lefty Mark Cohoon takes the mound for the Mets making his fourth start of the season and second against the SeaWolves. Cohoon earned his first win in his last start against Portland. In the game, he allowed a run on seven hits with no walks and three strikeouts in a season-best seven innings. The SeaWolves beat Cohoon on April 10 in Binghamton. He allowed two runs on three hits with three walks and three strikeouts...The SeaWolves have dropped four straight home games and have not won a series opener this season.
