Eddy Assigned to the Alaska Aces

Abbotsford, BC - The Abbotsford Heat announced today that forward David Eddy has been assigned to the Alaska Aces (ECHL affiliate of the Abbotsford Heat).

Eddy, a native of Woodbury, MN has appeared in two games for the Heat this season. Eddy also appeared in 10 games for the Heat in 2012-13, earning 7 penalty minutes.

The next Heat home games are Friday, October 25th and Saturday, October 26th against the Lake Erie Monsters (AHL affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche). Friday, October 25th is Heat magnetic schedule giveaway night, with the first 2,500 fans getting a free Abbotsford Heat magnetic schedule. Saturday, October 26th will be a "Monster Mash", featuring a number of unique Halloween events and activities. Fans are encouraged to dress up in their Halloween costumes for the game, with a best dressed costume contest, "Trick or Suite" opportunity for kids under 12, and an opportunity to see the Heat mash the Lake Erie Monsters.
