
ECHL Offers Free All-Star Fan Jersey

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL in association with DIRECTV announced on Tuesday that ECHL fans that install and activate DIRECTV with a one-year Total Choice programming package before March 31, 2004 via a special phone number and keycode will receive a free 2004 ECHL All-Star fan jersey.
"This promotion was established to convey to ECHL fans the League's utmost appreciation for their continued support," said Glen Thornborough, ECHL Vice President of Marketing/Sales. "Our goal is to provide as many people as possible with these jerseys while educating all ECHL fans on a great program offer from one of our partners."
Fans can telephone (888) 671-5214 to sign up for a free three-room DIRECTV system with installation, mentioning keycode BBMS to receive the free 2004 ECHL All-Star fan jersey.
The keycode BBMS must be given when placing the order to receive the free 2004 ECHL All-Star fan jersey.
DIRECTV returns in 2003-04 as the "Official Satellite Provider of the ECHL" while NHL® CENTER ICE® has returned as the "Official Sports Package of the ECHL". The 2003 ECHL All-Star Game was televised live on NHL® CENTER ICE® in the United States and on the NHL® NETWORK® in Canada.
DIRECTV continues the sponsorship of the ECHL Alumnus of the Month, awarded to a former ECHL player currently playing in the NHL.
