San Jose Earthquakes News Release
SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose Earthquakes (0-3-2; 2 pt.) will face Houston Dynamo FC (2-1-2; 8 pts.) at PNC Stadium today at 5:30 p.m. PT. The match will be streamed live in the NBC Sports app and aired on the radio via KNBR 1050 (English) and 1370 KZSF (Spanish).
San Jose is looking to continue momentum generated from last Saturday's come-from-behind 2-2 draw vs. Austin FC. The Quakes trailed 2-0 midway through the second half before equalizing on goals from Jeremy Ebobisse and Cade Cowell. Cowell, 18, was selected to the MLS Team of the Week for his performance.
Houston is currently in the seventh place in the Western Conference. After a slow start to the season, in which they did not score in their first two matches (0-1-1), Houston is 2-0-1 in their last three games, including a 3-1 win over Inter Miami CF last weekend. Colombian forward Darwin Quintero has scored three of Houston's six goals so far this season.
