The Snappers busted out three runs in the bottom of the first inning, en route to their third victory of the season, 8-3. Reliever Spencer Steedley pitched three innings of one-run baseball to pick up his first win on the short season.

A Garrett Olson two-run triple highlighted the first inning for Beloit. The Twins' 4th round 2006 draft pick was then driven home one batter later by Deibinson Romero. Romero hit an RBI single to left, driving home Olson and giving the Snappers a 3-0 lead after one.

The two teams then exchanged runs in the second inning making it a 4-1 Beloit lead after two.

After Fort Wayne scored a run in the third and fourth innings to make it a 4-3 ballgame, the Snappers began to pull away. Four runs in the bottom of the fifth off four hits gave Beloit control of the game as they went on to cruise to an 8-3 victory.

Every Snapper in the lineup reached base safely as they piled on a season-high 11 hits. Garrett Olson led the charge for Beloit as he drove in a season-high three runs.
