The Bulls open up a three-game set against the Syracuse Chiefs in the second series of a nine-game, 11-day homestand. Durham is 2-1 over the first three games of the homestand after the opening set against Rochester, and is 5-1 over its last six games after the team's five-game winning streak was snapped in Wednesday's 8-2 loss. Syracuse - the Washington Nationals' top affiliate - has lost four straight, and is just 1-11 over its last 12 games to drop from 16-19 to 17-30.
