Durham Bulls (43-34) at Norfolk Tides (41-35)
RHP Chih-Wei Hu (2-6, 5.44) vs. RHP Tim Melville (5-5, 6.04)
The Durham Bulls (43-34) face the Norfolk Tides (41-35) in a battle for first place within the South Division on Thursday night at 7:05 p.m at Harbor Park. Currently the Bulls hold a 1.5 game lead over the Tides who have won four in a row. Durham is scheduled to start RHP Chih-Wei Hu (2-6, 5.44) against RHP Tim Melville (5-5, 6.04) for Norfolk.
After dropping game one of the day/night doubleheader 5-1, the Durham Bulls used a four-run first inning in the second game to down the Charlotte Knights 5-1 on Wednesday evening at the DBAP.
