Dupree Buzzer-Beating Lay-Up Gives Flash Win in Suspended Game

OREM, Utah, April 10, 2009- Ronald Dupree drove the left baseline and dropped in a buzzer-beating lay-up as the Utah Flash picked up a 104-102 victory over the Colorado 14ers in the conclusion of a December 26 game that saw the final 25.2 seconds replayed after a scoring error in the original matchup in Broomfield, Colo.

Dupree, who wasn't with the Flash in the original December meeting, finished the contest with just the two points in the game.

The Flash (30-18) will seek to a second victory over the 14ers (34-14) tonight as the two teams meet in a regularly scheduled contest.

The 14ers inbounded the ball with 25.2 seconds left, but Gill stepped out of bounds and turned the ball over to the Flash with three seconds remaining.

Boston Celtics assignee J.R. Giddens inbounded the ball to Dupree, who took his man baseline for the game-winning bucket.
