Drive And RiverDogs Rained Out

Greenville, SC - Tuesday night's regularly scheduled South Atlantic League game between the Greenville Drive and Charleston RiverDogs has been postponed due to rain. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader Thursday evening.

The Drive and RiverDogs will play two 7-inning games with first pitch of game one scheduled for 5:05 PM.

The series opener between Greenville and Charleston will now be Wednesday afternoon as the teams play at 12:05 PM at West End Field for a "Businessperson's Special." Right-hander Michael Bowden will toe the rubber for the Drive as the RiverDogs counter with right-hander Bryan Villalona.

For the remainder of the season the Drive will offer fans a new ticket package as kids get geared up to go back to school. The "Back to School" package, which costs $30 and is offered Sunday through Thursday, includes four tickets, four hot dogs, four beverages, and four sundae cones.

During Thursday's doubleheader, the Drive will feature $1 beers in the Spinx 500 Club.
