Dayton Dragons News Release
Dayton, OH - The Dayton Dragons pitching staff has undergone an early season shakeup as two new arms; RHP Bo Lanier and RHP Jeff Stevens will join the club in Dayton and will be active for the Dragons final game of a three game series vs. the Lansing Lugnuts Wednesday night at Fifth Third Field. To make room for the pair of right handers, who began the season at extended spring training in Sarasota, Florida, the Reds released RHP German Melendez and sent RHP Andy Weimer to extended spring training. The roster move keeps the Dragons at the maximum of 25 players.
