
Dragons Announce Roster Changes

Dayton Dragons News Release
DAYTON, OHIO-The Dayton Dragons announced the following roster changes today:
Outfielder Nick Benedetto has been assigned to Dayton from Bakersfield (Advanced-A, California League).
Infielder Humberto Valor has been assigned from Dayton to Billings (Pioneer League).
The Dragons roster remains at the Midwest League limit of 25 players.
Note: Benedetto will wear #38. Jon Matthews is now wearing #29.
Benedetto, considered one of the strongest defensive center fielders in the Reds organization, appeared in eight games with Bakersfield this season, batting .143 with no home runs and one run batted in.
Valor appeared in six games for the Dragons, going 1 for 19.
