El Paso, TX- With a great sold out crowd on the 4th of July, game three of the Diablos-Lemurs series did not disappoint. The Diablos lost a nail bitter against Laredo 9-6 on the United States Independence Day.

Both teams came out swinging right from the beginning of the game; the Diablos took an early 2-0 lead thanks to some wild pitches, and errors from the Lemurs, but Laredo came back with three runs of their own in the second inning to take a 3-2 lead.

Both teams traded runs through the first four innings with the Lemurs leading 5-4 going into the fifth inning, what was once a close game soon became a big lead for the Lemurs as they scored three runs in the fifth inning to go up 8-4 over the Diablos.
