HARD WORKING WIN: The Saskatoon Blades went back to their hard-working roots to secure a 3-2 victory against the Moose Jaw Warriors at SaskTel Centre on Friday.

Seven different Blades recorded a point while 19-year-old netminder Austin Elliott picked up his 11th win of the season stopping 24 shots. The 6-foot-2 goalie now owns a .914 save-percentage and 2.23 goals-against-average.

Jordan Keller scored his fifth of the year for the Bridge City Bunch, following in the footsteps of Blades alum Ryan Keller who scored 102 goals in a bulldozer sweater.

The Blades created separation between them and the Warriors in the standings, holding a three-point edge for first in their East Division with 28 points.

NEXT GAME: The Blades play again tomorrow for Girls Rock Night inside SaskTel Centre against the Swift Current Broncos.

Puck drop is 7:00pm.
