KENNEWICK, WA - The Americans wrapped up a difficult stretch of four games in five days today at the Toyota Center. With a shortened bench the Americans fell to the Blazers 6-1.

Tri-City scratched seven players due to injury tonight. They were left with sixteen forwards and Mason Dunsford as their lone goaltender for the game.

The Blazers, who clinched the B.C. Division title last night, opened scoring 9:56 into the game with a goal from Ryan Hughes. The Americans held Kamloops' lead at one into the second period.

Dunsford stopped 33 of 39 shots faced from the Blazers tonight.
