Dean Stork Activated Off Injured Reserve

STOCKTON, Calif. - The Stockton Thunder has announced defenseman Dean Stork has been activated off the seven-day injured reserve list.

Stork, named captain for the 2005-06 season, has appeared in 21 games with the Thunder this season, logging seven points (0g-7a) and 30 penalty minutes. He is expected to be in uniform for Stockton's game against the Utah Grizzlies on Friday, January 6.

The Thunder has also announced it has traded right wing Jason Kostadine to the Reading Royals in exchange for financial considerations.

The Thunder returns to play with a 7:30 p.m. (PT) faceoff against the Grizzlies on Friday at Stockton Arena. The game can be heard live on the internet (free-of-charge) and is available for viewing at a $6 "pay-per-view" fare at www.stocktonthunder.com, courtesy of B-2 Networks.
