With the 43rd overall pick in today's CHL Import Draft, the Soo Greyhounds selected GUSTAV BOURAMMAN from Stockholm, Sweden. (the Hounds were originally scheduled to pick 49th, but 6 CHL clubs opted to "PASS" on their pick prior to the Greyhounds selection)

The 17-year old right shooting defenceman played the 2013-14 season with Lulea Sweden J20 Elite where he had 1 goal and 3 assists in 16 games played. He also spent time with the Lulea J18 team of both the J18 Elit (6g, 4a, 20 pts) and J18 Allsvenskan (2g, 3a, 5 pts) leagues.

He stands 6.00 while weighing 174 lbs.

In International competition, Bouramman represented his home country this past December/January at the 2014 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge where he had 1 assists in 5 games played.
