D-Fenders Acquire Three Draft Picks and Rights to Dennis Horner

EL SEGUNDO - Los Angeles D-Fenders General Manager Nick Mazzella today announced the team has acquired the player rights for Dennis Horner, two second round draft picks (26th overall and 36th overall) in the 2014 D-League Draft and a future second round draft pick in the 2015 D-League Draft in exchange for Elijah Millsap, the D-Fenders' 2014 original sixth round pick (#107) and the D-Fender's future 2015 fifth round selection.

Horner (6'9", 230), played collegiately at North Carolina State University and was drafted 47th overall by the Springfield Armor in the 2011 NBA Development League Draft. Horner was later invited to Nets' training camp and made the opening day roster at the start of the 2011-2012 season. Horner appeared in eight games for the Nets before rejoining the Armor for the remainder of the season. In 103 D-League appearances, Horner averaged 14.1 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in 31.5 minutes per game.
