Chillicothe, OH - A 4-run 3rd and a 3-run 5th assisted in Windy City's 5th victory in 6 games Saturday night against the Chillicothe Paints at VA Memorial Stadium. Windy City pounded out 15 hits in the W.

The Bolts trailed the game 2-1 after a pair of innings. In the following frame, Nick Klusaw cracked an RBI single and Matt Barket drilled a 2-run single off of Chillicothe starter Ben Lovell. Klusaw and Barket concluded with a trio of hits apiece.

In the 5th, Nick Klusaw hit a towering homer to lead the inning off against reliever Justin Munoz. The next two batters reach and Mike Lynch capped the scoring with a 2-run triple, his first 3-bagger in ThunderBolt duds. Nick Ewen plated the final run for Windy City with a single that sent Klusaw home.

Preston Simms allowed 1 run in his 5th start of the year, the 4th time he's yielded a pair or fewer. He's recorded a decision in each of his starts with the Bolts.

The win sends Windy City closer to its 4th straight series victory. The Bolts aim for the second game tomorrow at 6:05 ET. The Bolts show Josh Glynn on the hill. The last time the Marlin farmhand pitched, Windy City had 22 runs come to the plate.
