Coyotes Sign Justin Hache to Entry-Level Contract

GLENDALE, ARIZONA - Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have signed defenseman Justin Hache of the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles (QMJHL) to a three-year entry-level contract. As per club policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.

The 6-foot-2, 202-pound Hache recorded 5-41-46 and 53 penalty minutes (PIM) in 57 games with Cape Breton this season. He ranked second on the team in assists and defensemen scoring. In 2012-13, the Petit-Rocher, New Brunswick native registered 7-26-33 and 61 PIM in 68 games for the Screaming Eagles.

Hache was originally drafted by the Coyotes in the seventh round (208th overall) in the 2012 Entry Draft.
